Additional Payment Information
What is my credit card payment is declined?
If your credit card is declined there may be a few reasons why: the card has no funds available, you entered the wrong CSV security code, the card is expired, you entered the wrong billing information, or there is a hold on the card. You can call your issuing bank and ask them why the card is declined.
Try a different credit card or try using PayPal as your checkout method, as they accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.
Will I have to pay any extra duty and taxes on my order?
Within Canada you will only have to pay the GST or HST according to the province you reside in.
For international orders (outside of Canada) you will be liable for all import duties and customs fees. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We do not charge taxes on international orders.
Please be aware that SUPREME SILVER does not have any control for any duties and custom fees levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to your order, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
Additional Shipping Information
How soon will my order be processed and shipped?
Orders will be processed within 1-4 business days of receipt of order and shipped out shortly after that.
What if I need to change my order?
You must notify us with any change in your order, such as, a change in shipping address, style ordered, finger ring size and so on, before the order has been shipped. Otherwise, no change can be made to the order.
Will you send me tracking information once my order has shipped?
Yes! Please provide your email address when prompted during checkout. We will message you! with your order tracking information.
When should I expect my order?
For Canada And USA - Your item should arrive within 5 to 10 business days after shipping.
For International Orders - Your item should arrive within 10 to 21 business days after shipping.
If you need your ring quickly please message us and we will do our best to get your order to you sooner.
What if I need my order quickly?
Let us know the date you need the order and we might be able to meet your deadline without any extra shipping charge.
Otherwise, we can arrange Priority Shipping for an an additional cost..
We will do our best to get the order to you on time.
Other Information
What if there is a problem with my received order?
If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described then contact us through email at custserv@supremesilver.com. We can resolve all issues with you quickly and with personal attention.
Please don't send anything back to us until you have submitted a request to do so and have received a reply approving the return.
Do your photos accurately show what the items look like?
All our photography is done in-house and edited using Adobe Photoshop CC. We do our best to accurately reflect what each item looks like when it arrives at your home. However, there can be some variations in color due to the difficulty of reproducing the actual color 100%.
Also, due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear different on different monitors. We cannot guarantee that you will see a 100% accurate portrayal of the colors of our items online.
Are you just a Drop Shipping reseller?
No, we are not. All the products we sell are our own.
A drop shipper simply does marketing to get customers and sends the orders to a third-party supplier that ships out the goods. The drop shipper never actual sees the product that is sent out. The drop shipper has no control over the quality of the items that you will receive. If something does go wrong with your order the drop shipper will have a hard time correcting the problem. In other words, their customer service is very limited and can cause you much grief. Also, their prices tend to be very high because they are just acting as a middle person and purchasing products at an already inflated price.
Are my personal details safe?
Yes. We use a secure server and all administration pages use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. This prevents any third parties to view your personal information. And we do not in any way give, sell or rent out any of your personal information.
